Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

A highly targeted treatment focused on eliminating pain at its source. NMT isolates and treats the structural imbalances, nerve compression, and hyper-sensitive trigger points causing your discomfort. By combining precise digital pressure with biomechanical assessment, this clinical service restores natural movement patterns and breaks the chronic pain cycle.

Targeted Relief For:

  • Neck & Shoulder Pain: Resolves tech-neck, rotator cuff tension, and frozen shoulder.
  • Headaches & Migraines: Releases suboccipital tension and upper back trigger points that drive referral pain.
  • Lower Back Pain: Addresses structural imbalances, sciatica, hip tightness, and lumbar strain.
  • Nerve Compression: Eases numbness or tingling from trapped nerves (e.g., carpal tunnel).

Slow Flow

Slow Flow Massage

An intentional, slow-paced treatment engineered to reset an overworked nervous system. By utilizing deliberate, rhythmic transitions, this service shifts your body out of stress mode to address chronic pain safely. It blends structural neuromuscular techniques with deep tissue work at a pace that prevents muscle guarding, delivering precise therapeutic relief without the pain or bracing of traditional deep pressure.

Therapeutic Focus:

  • Nervous System Reset: Downregulates stress responses to lower pain perception.
  • Pain-Free Deep Tissue: Accesses deep muscle layers using smooth, sustained pressure.
  • Neuromuscular Balance: Targets trigger points gently to restore natural movement.
  • Decompression: Melts structural tension without the aggressive friction.
